MILANO SALON & SPA REWARDS PROGRAM

hOW POINTS ARE EARNED

· 10,000 Points for referring a new client

· 2,500 Points for scheduling your next visit at check-out

· 1 Points for each dollar spent on services

· 1 Points for each dollar spent on products

· 1,000 Bonus Points for a total product purchase over $200

· 10 X the value of a Gift Card purchase (ie. $100 GC = 1000 pts)

· 10 X the value of a Package/Series purchase (ie. $200 S/P = 2000 pts)

Points are awarded at the time of check-out. For example, if you refer a friend, you will get your

points when they check out. If you pre-book, you get your points when you check out after that

future appointment, not when it is scheduled.

1,000 Points = $1.00


POINT REDEMPTION RULES

· Points can be redeemed for services or products up to 50,000 points per redemption.

· If a pre-scheduled appointment is cancelled, no points will be accrued.

· Points will not be awarded for any services or products associated with a promotion.

· Points will not be awarded for any transactions paid for with a gift card/certificate, third party cards,

or for any transactions which are paid for with points.

· Employees and their families are not eligible for points.

· Points cannot be redeemed for cash.

· Points are non-transferrable.

· Program rules and benefits are subject to change without notice.


Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

We kindly ask for 24-hour cancellation notice for all salon and spa services. All spa packages and group events require 48-hour cancellation notice. Any guest with 3 no shows will be required to provide a credit card when making their next appointment. If additional no shows occur, the credit card will automatically be charged for the amount of the missed appointment.


Late Arriving Guest Policy

We kindly ask that you arrive at your scheduled appointment time to ensure adequate time for a quality experience with your service provider. Guests arriving late for appointments may be asked to reschedule as accommodating late arriving guests may inconvenience the service provider’s next guest.


Gift card/certificates Policy

Milano gift cards expire after 4 years unless otherwise specified. The cards are always valid for the purchase price. Gift certificates purchased for specific services or packages may be subject to service price increases. Series Packages expire after 1 year.


Redo Policy

Milano stands firmly behind all of its salon and spa services. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation. We do ask to hear from you within a week of the date of service so we can promptly remedy any issues.


Children’s Policy

For the safety of your children and the comfort and consideration of all our salon and spa guests, children 12 and under receiving salon and spa services must be accompanied by an adult.


Cellular Phone Policy

In consideration of all of our salon and spa guests, upon entering the salon and spa, please place your cell phones on silent or vibrate.


Payment Policy

We accept cash, personal checks , Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express.


Return Policy

All Aveda & Dermalogica products may be returned within 90 days for a full refund or exchange.
